Do I need an account?
No. You can design as a guest. Exporting needs a free account, which lets you export 5 layouts a day.
Which browsers work?
Current Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox on a Mac, Windows or Linux computer, or an iPad.
Is there an iPhone app?
It’s coming soon, along with a Mac app. Until then, Studio runs in your browser.
How does Shuffle work?
Shuffle deals your photos into new spots across the layout in one tap. Locked photos and layouts stay where they are.
Can I build my own layout?
Yes, with Pro. Custom layouts let you split and merge any panel and drag it to resize.
How do I lock a photo?
Select the photo and choose Lock photo. Shuffle leaves it in place. You can lock a whole layout the same way.
What sizes can I export?
Square (1:1), portrait (4:5, 3:4 and 2:3) and Stories (9:16). Pro adds High and Max quality for larger files.
Why is my export limited?
Guests can design but can't download. A free account exports 5 layouts a day without a watermark, and the count resets daily. Pro has no daily export limit.
PNG or PSD?
Free accounts export JPG. Pro adds lossless PNG and layered PSD files.
Who gets the 14-day trial?
Eligible customers get a 14-day trial on Pro monthly. If you aren’t eligible, monthly billing starts at checkout. For eligible trials, billing begins on day 15; cancel earlier to avoid the first charge.
Monthly or annual?
Pro is $15 a month, or $149 a year, which works out to $12.42 a month.
How do I delete my account?
Write to us from your account’s email address and we’ll delete the account and its data.
Where are my photos stored?
On your device. Studio lays out photos in your browser.
